PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE, Fl. -- Colonel Gigi Simko earned the American College of Healthcare Executives Distinguished Service Award for her commitment to her profession and to progressing healthcare management excellence. The ACHE of Central Florida is the regional chapter of the ACHE, an organization of over 48,000 with a mission to advance its members and healthcare management excellence.
Col Simko received this recognition and award because of her hard work with the college. She is also serving as the ACHE Regent for the Air Force, and will be inducted in March 2018 as one of the twelve governors for the ACHE Board of Governors, of which only two are located in the Southeast.
