Exercises (IGX)

The Inspector General Exercises (IGX) team executes rigorous, independent assessments to validate and advance the mission readiness of Space Launch Delta 45 and the Eastern Range. We design and evaluate complex, end-to-end exercises with a deliberate dual focus on Launch Operations and Mission Support, ensuring our forces remain dominant and resilient in Contested, Degraded, and Operationally limited (CDO) environments.

Realistic Testing and Execution

Partnering with the Delta Inspection Team (DIT) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), IGX builds high-fidelity scenarios that push personnel, processes, and systems to their limits. We simulate severe resources, communication, and infrastructure disruptions to test adaptability, uncover vulnerabilities, and guarantee total force readiness under the most challenging conditions.

Driving Continuous Improvement

By rapidly identifying operational shortfalls, IGX delivers actionable, critical feedback directly to commanders. This relentless evaluation cycle hardens our defenses, drives rapid improvement, and ensures SLD 45 is continually prepared to defeat evolving threats and execute its mission with unwavering readiness during any contingency.
