Result of Court-Martial
Sexual Assault, Article 120, UCMJ - A Technical Sergeant was accused of sexually assaulting another member by committing a penetrative sexual act without the victim's consent. The Technical Sergeant was found guilty by a General Court-Martial and sentenced to nine months' confinement, reduction to the grade of E-1, and a reprimand. Dishonorable discharge and total forfeiture of all pay and allowances were automatically imposed.
