Brig. Gen. Nina Armagno, 45th Space Wing commander, presents Lt. Col. (ret) Jerry Meyer with his 4,000 volunteer hours Certificate of Appreciation. In addition to serving 4,000 hours to Project Emeritus, he has volunteered with the Red Cross, Patrick AFB Pharmacy, Daily Bread, Meals on Wheels, Melbourne Police Department, and track and field events at local high schools and colleges.
