45th Force Support Squadron gives Airmen tools necessary for FY 14 Force Management Program Published Feb. 11, 2014 By 45th Space Wing Public Affairs PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- The Secretary of the Air Force and the Chief of Staff of the Air Force have announced a robust FY14 Force Management Program that will cut about 25,000 Airmen over the next several years, and will affect all grades - officer and enlisted. To address questions and concerns that will arise from the announcement, the 45th Force Support Squadron's Military Personnel Section is doing their best to provide up-to-date information to Airmen by briefing their units and hosting weekly Town Hall Meetings. The next Town Hall Meetings are: Feb. 11, 3 p.m., Bldg. 530, Professional Development Center Auditorium Feb. 13, 8 a.m., Bldg. 530, Professional Development Center Auditorium "Our goal is to address questions, alleviate concerns and help leaders at all levels make the best informed decision they can," Chief Master Sgt. Randall Youngblood, 45th Mission Support Group superintendent, said. "We will also answer questions, and get clarification from Air Force Personnel Center on questions that we can't answer." During the meetings, questions are encouraged. "If you have questions, ask them," Master Sgt. Virginia Barrett, 45th Force Support Squadron Military Personnel Section superintendent, said. "We want Airmen to stay informed, and the key is education. That will enable Airmen to make the best decision about their career."
