PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- Lt. Gen. John W. "Jay" Raymond, U.S. Strategic Command's Joint Functional Component Command for Space and 14th Air Force (Air Forces Strategic) commander, visited Patrick AFB June 24, 2015.

While at Patrick, Raymond visited several units across the wing and met with several Airmen. Additionally, he coined a few Air Force Space Command Airmen for their accomplishments at the 45th Space Wing.

Raymond toured the Department of Defense Human Space Flight Support Operations Center, the Base Honor Guard facility, and the Professional Development Center.
