National Fire Prevention Week, hosted by the National Fire Protection Association and held Oct. 4-10 this year, is an opportunity for installation fire departments to put Airmen’s focus on fire safety. This year’s theme, “hear the beep where you sleep,” is a call to have a working smoke alarm in every room in the house. (Courtesy image)
