Information updates through possible shutdown Published April 8, 2011 45th Space Wing Public Affairs PATRICK AFB, Fla. -- The only AF public website that will be updated during the shutdown, if it occurs, is www.af.mil and it will only be updated to provide information relating to the government shutdown and to support activities that are essential to safety, protection of human life and protection of our national security. The 45th Space Wing has a Facebook page, where information will be posted as it becomes available. For those wishing to follow the wing on Facebook, please go to www.facebook.com/45spacewing and "Like" it. The U.S. Office of Personnel Management has a site that will contain up-to-date information on a furlough: http://www.opm.gov/furlough/index.asp In addition, the base also has an Information Line that will be updated with information.
