45 SW attends Cape Canaveral Light House Keeper’s Cottage and Museum Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Brig. Gen. Douglas A. Schiess, 45th Space Wing Commander, addresses attendees at the Cape Canaveral Light House Keeper’s Cottage and Museum Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Fla., July 18, 2019. The 45th Space Wing assists in preserving, protecting and interpreting the Cape Canaveral Lighthouse and its historical significance to the Space Coast, State of Florida and the United States of America.

The Cape Canaveral Light House Keeper’s Cottage and Museum Ribbon Cutting Ceremony is held at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Fla., July 18, 2019. The First Keepers’ Cottage will house various displays pertaining to life at the lighthouse and artifacts from different time periods.
