Project Emeritus volunteers recognized for 44,000 hours of service

Wayne Monteith, 45th Space Wing commander, recognized and thanked 11 Project Emeritus volunteers for their dedication and service during a Commander’s Call on Dec. 15, 2017, at Patrick Air Force Base, Fla. Volunteers recognized have accounted for more than 44,000 volunteer hours. By comparison, that is equivalent to 24.5 years of fulltime employment.
