SLD 45 - Public Affairs Photo Studio

The SLD 45 photo studio is contractor run and operated. In order to request support, your organization must be a part of the contract. We currently support SLD 45, 45 MDG, 920 RW, Space Access, SSC, STARCOM, Delta 10, 333d RS, ICO, AFOY, and NOTU. If you organization is NOT part of the contract, coordinate through SLD45.PA.PublicAffairs@spaceforce.mil.

OFFICIAL STUDIO PHOTOGRAPHY:

-Available IAW AFI 35-101/AFMAN 35-101-

Wing/Delta-level and above Commanders, Vice Commanders, and Command Chiefs
Squadron-level and above Commanders, Superintendents, and First Sergeants
Wing/Delta-level and above annual award winners
Other portrait requirements as specified by DAFI, such as special duty assignment applications (per AFMAN 36-2032)
Other validated requirements by COR

NOT CONSIDERED OFFICIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Photos for SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, internal directories, just-in-case, quarterly awards, etc.

SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

To schedule an appointment for an AFI or service specific portrait send an 833 to Patrick Base Multimedia at SLD45.PA.BMM@spaceforce.mil.

UNOFFICIAL PHOTO SESSION

Want an official-looking photo for your Teams, SharePoint or email account? Has the photo studio denied your request for an official photo because you don't meet the AFI requirement? Take advantage of an Unofficial Photo Event near you! The multimedia photographers will provide high-resolution, professional, official-looking photos that can be used for Teams, email, internal directories, roster boards, etc. Availability will be on a first come first served basis on a quarterly basis.

UPCOMING UNOFFICIAL PHOTO EVENTS:

April 15 from 0900 - 1100 and 1400 - 1600 in the studio.

Availability will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Appointments will not be offered.

Multimedia will continue holding these quarterly. Questions should be directed to Public Affairs at 321-494-5933, not Multimedia.

OFFICIAL PASSPORTS AND VISA PHOTOS

Official passports and visa photos are done by appointment. To schedule an appointment send an 833 to Patrick Base Multimedia at SLD45.PA.BMM@spaceforce.mil.
A dark colored shirt (MILITARY TEE SHIRT NOT ALLOWED) is required
