Integrated natural resource management plan graphic The Integrated Natural Resources Plan (INRMP) is a primary guidance document and tool for managing natural resources by the US Air Force 45th Space Wing at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Patrick Air Force Base, Malabar Transmitter Annex, and Jonathan Dickinson Missile Tracking Annex. The approximately 11-acre Jonathan Dickinson Missile Tracking Annex is located on state-owned land leased to the USAF in Martin County, Florida. The remaining three installations encompass 18,442 acres of federally owned land in Brevard County, Florida.
