Gate Hours:

South Gate: 24/7

East Gate: 0600-1800, 7 days a week, excluding holidays and family days.

Inspection Gate: 0600-1700 Mon – Fri / 0800-1200 on Sat / Closed on Sundays, holidays, and approved family days.

Access is restricted to recreational vehicles from 2200-0600, as the 45 FSS Fam Camp will not accept guests during this time. 


Members with the following credentials may sponsor up to 8 individuals for 30 days:

  • Active Duty

  • DoD CAC holders

  • Active Duty dependents

  • Military retirees and their dependents

Visitor Pass Requirements:

  • Driver’s license/State Identification

  • Valid vehicle registration or rental agreement

  • Proof of current vehicle insurance

After Hours Passes:

Visitors needing a visitor pass after hours can receive up to a 3-day pass at either the East or South gate.

 

Trusted Traveler:

Active Duty, Government employees with a CAC, military retirees and adult dependents with a valid credential can vouch for the identity, fitness and purpose of the passenger(s) in their vehicle (not to exceed 10 passengers). Escorted persons do not need a pass and must be a US citizen.

 

Contractors, Civilian Retiree card holders, non-DOD Federal PIV holders, TWIC holders, PIV-I holders, local pass/card holders, approved DoD Privilege card holders, Veteran’s Health Identification Card (VHIC) holders, and Foreign National Affiliates of a U.S. DoD CAC are NOT authorized escort authority.

Foreign Visitor Request:

  • Must be completed NLT 30 days prior to visit. Contact the VCC for more information.

DOD Civilian Retiree IDs:

  • As of 31 Aug 2023, these IDs have been discontinued DoD wide. In addition, Patrick SFB visitor center will issue new DBIS cards to any DoD civilian retirees. Must bring Sf-50 form to visitor center to attain new retiree DBIDS card.

VHIC (Veteran Health Identification Card):

  • Card must display the Veteran’s eligibility status (i.e., PURPLE HEART, FORMER POW or SERVICE CONNECTED).
  • Veterans who are eligible and want to take advantage of in-person benefits must have a Veterans Health Identification Card (VHIC).
  • Primary Family Caregivers must have an eligibility letter from VA’s Office of Community Care. VA Caregivers Letters must be accompanied by REAL ID compliant credentials.
  • VHIC holders may have up to five accompanying personnel with them. VHIC holders are not authorized escort authority. All accompanying personnel must present REAL ID compliant credentials and be properly vetted for installation access and are issued a one-day pass.

Golf Badges:

  • Applications must be sent in by fax, mail or hand delivered to the Golf Course.
  • 1 week after submitting application to Golf Course, call Security at (321) 494-0427 or (321) 494-2658 to schedule an appointment. Applications are only held on file for 30 days, after then requesting party must re-apply.
  • Applications can be found at gopatrickfl.com under golf tab.
  • Access and departure are only authorized through the PSFB SOUTH GATE ONLY from 0630 – 2100. Personnel are only authorized access to the Golf Course and must make the first left-hand turn immediately upon entering the South Gate. Violators of this policy will lose their access privileges.
