New youth sports and fitness director brings innovative ideas
The Patrick Air Force Base Youth Programs has a new Youth Sports and Fitness Director, Shelly Welker, formally an Education and Training Technician at the Child Development Center. Welker’s goals include focusing on the Air Force programs that bring together health and fitness. In her new position, she will help children and Air Force families find ways to be active and healthy together. She also looks forward to continuing to bridge the gap between the base and the local community sports programs here. For more information about Youth Sports, call 321-610-8880.
