Patrick AFB holds ceremony to honor fallen heroes
The 45th Security Forces Squadron honored all law enforcement and first responders who have made the ultimate sacrifice during the National Police Week Opening and Fallen Heroes Ceremony May 16, 2016, at Patrick Air Force Base, Fla. This year’s National Police Week dates are held May 15-21, 2016. A SFS Open House is scheduled for May 18, which includes a Military Working Dog demonstration. Guests can also see the holding cells, dispatch center, mobile command post, weapons display, and patrol vehicle from 2-4 p.m. in building 1319. The open house is open to those with a valid DOD identification card. Additionally, a Wing Run is slated for May 20 at 7 a.m. at the WarFit Field.
