Brig. Gen. Nina Armagno, 45th Space Wing commander, presents Don Winterich, Project Emeritus volunteer and military veteran, with a Certificate of Achievement for dedicating over 5,000 hours of volunteer service, July 1, 2015, at Patrick Air Force Base, Fla. Winterich is the site coordinator of the PAFB Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, which has helped save over $300 thousand in tax preparation fees and had approximately $2 million in refunds.
