PAFB lieutenant helps car accident victim
While en route to Orlando, Fla., 2nd Lt. Benjamin Deschane, 5th Space Launch Squadron ordnance engineer for the Atlas V rocket program, assigned to Patrick Air Force Base, Fla., witnessed a car accident and pulled over to help, Aug. 8, 2014.
