A United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket launches at 1:55 a.m. EST Monday, Nov. 23, 2009 from Space Launch Complex-41 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. The United Launch Alliance Atlas V lifted the Intelsat-14 commercial satellite, designed tol provide high-powered video and data services to customersthroughout the Americas, Europe and Africa.
