The World is hugged by the faithful arms of volunteers
Brig. Gen. Ed Wilson, left, commander, 45th Space Wing, happily participates in the cake-cutting ceremony celebrating Project Emeritus’ 20th anniversary here Sept. 1 at the Riverside Dining Facility. Helping the Wing commander is Sam Lauricella, volunteer center director. This group is always looking for more people to assist with agencies and offices all around the Wing. If you want to offer your experience, do so by calling their office at 494-7656. “Bottom line up front; this Wing would not operate like it does without the help of these selfless volunteers. Our hats go off to each and every one of you,” said Brig. Gen. Wilson to the crowd of volunteers.
