A 45th Space Wing-based team took part in the Pangea Adventure Racing "Christmas in Christmas" 3.5 hour adventure race held on Dec. 15. The race consisted of mountain biking, trail running, and canoeing to find checkpoints across an approximately 17 mile course. Our team, Florida Xtreme/US Air Force, is always looking for fast teammates! Participating members include (left to right) Capt. Adam Liddle, 45th Launch Support Squadron, Lt. Col. Sam Little, 45th Launch Support Squadron, Senior Airmanr Nick Biersner. 45th Medical Group, and Maj. Melissa Krambeck. 45th Range Mangement Squadron. This was Capt. Liddle's first adventure race, and Senior Airman Biersner's second. Navigator Lt. Col. Little led the team with the assistance of teammate Maj Krambeck, both are veterans in the sport.
