Michael Wynne, 45th Security Forces Squadron and Chief Master Sgt. Herman Moyer, 45th Space Wing command chief. Every year around the holidays, MOAA donates money to Operation Warm Heart. It helps military members from all the different branches assigned to Patrick Air Force Base and Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.
