PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE, Fla -- Each year the Air Force grants less than 200 slots for Stripes for Exceptional Performers (STEP) promotions. This year, Staff Sgt. Jessica Sonnier (center) of the 45th Space Wing Security Forces Squadron was selected for a STEP promotion and her Tech. Sgt. Stripe, which Brig. Gen.
