Provoke thoughtful solutions toward your organizational challenges.

"Don't be trapped by dogma-which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition." -Steve Jobs

Make the effort to convey innovative solutions to your chain of command and allow yourself to be open toward constructive feedback to understand the bigger picture.

"Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new. We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them." -Albert Einstein

Understand not one solution is best; at times we must flex ourselves to embrace the Pareto principle (80-20 rule). If we focus on the top 20 percent of the most problematic areas, 80 percent of related errors and issues in a given process would be eliminated.

"A good solution applied with vigor now is better than a perfect solution applied ten minutes later. Don't tell people how to do things, tell them what to do and let them surprise you with their results." -General George S. Patton
