Sharks!... We're in the middle of our Consolidated Unit Inspection, the first CUI for Air Force Space Command. While we are getting positive feedback on our performance so far, we still have a long way to go. Let's keep our eyes on the ball throughout. Remember, we must run through the tape at the finish line!

I told you last week every single member of the 45th Space Wing is an important member of our synchronized team. I hope each of you as a member of the team is working well with the AFSPC Inspector General Team on your parts of the inspection.

Let's continue to impress the inspectors with our discipline, pride and perseverance.

As we work through the inspection, don't lose sight of my Four C's: Compliance,  Competence, Composure and Commitment.

Compliance with Air Force Instructions that govern the way we do business means just that. We demonstrate we can meet and exceed compliance requirements while doing our jobs, everyday.

Show that you are competent while completing your tasks and answering inspectors' questions.

Stay composed. Like I said last Friday at the Commander's Call, being "composed" is just another way to tell the IG team that "I am competent in carrying out my tasks. Let me show you how well I accomplish it."

Commitment means never having to say we're not prepared. We are ready to do the right thing every time.

Team Patrick, we have another week of the inspection ahead of us. You have put countless hours of preparation getting ready.

Be proud of your accomplishments. Show them off to the inspectors. We have a lot of bench-marked products ... highlight them.

Keep pushing, Sharks!
