Congratulations to Patrick-Cape’s newest graduates of the Senior Noncommissioned Officer Professional Enhancement Course July 21, 2016, at Patrick Air Force Base, Fla. SNCOPEC is a five-day course designed to augment and reinforce information taught in basic military training, technical training, ancillary training, professional military education, and job experience. SNCOPEC provides students with an in-depth view of their increased supervisory, leadership, managerial responsibilities, and make the transition to senior NCO status more effective.
