45th Medical Group calls the shots!

PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- It is the Wing's distinct pleasure to congratulate the winners of the 2012 Air Force Space Command Medical Service Awards. The 45th Medical Group not only ensures that our troops are combat ready, but they also take care of our Airman and their families every single day.

These units and their flights and individuals displayed outstanding commitment, dedication, pride and professionalism to their teams and the patients they work with.

"What an outstanding achievement turned in by our entire team. I know I can speak for each and every commander and supervisor in the 45th Medical Group when I say all the credit goes to our 'Mighty Medic' Team. We are so very proud of what they do, and how they do it, every single day. It's my honor to work with them," said Col. Allison Bowden, commander, 45th Medical Group.
