Active Duty - If you have received your COVID-19 Vaccine off base, you must bring verification of your COVID-19 vaccination into the 45 MDG Immunizations clinic so your military medical record can be updated.

The Medical Group has COVID At-Home Test Kits for Tricare Beneficiaries and will be dispensing them every Tuesday and Thursday, 0800-1500 from the Public Health Clinic. Those desiring to receive an at-home test must present their military CAC or dependent/retiree ID card. Parents/sponsors may receive test kits on behalf of their dependents upon presenting the dependent’s military ID card.
