Active Duty - If you have received your COVID-19 Vaccine off base, you must bring verification of your COVID-19 vaccination into the 45 MDG Immunizations clinic so your military medical record can be updated.
The Medical Group has COVID At-Home Test Kits for Tricare Beneficiaries and will be dispensing them every Tuesday and Thursday, 0800-1500 from the Public Health Clinic. Those desiring to receive an at-home test must present their military CAC or dependent/retiree ID card. Parents/sponsors may receive test kits on behalf of their dependents upon presenting the dependent’s military ID card. The technician will simply verify the number of dependents on record for children too young to have an ID card. When coming to collect test kits, please check in at a Kiosk and select Public Health.
