Vision
- Execute Launch Engineering Operations and Mission Assurance Technician support for National Security Space Launch vehicles, spacecraft, and infrastructure to maximize successful delivery of U.S. Space Superiority capability to space and ensure Space Access.

- Vulcan Flight: Executes Launch Site Processing and provides mission assurance for National Security Space Launches of the Vulcan Launch Vehicle
- Spacecraft Flight: Executes Launch Site Processing and provides mission assurance from pre-arrival to launch for USSF Satellites
- Operations and Integration Flight: Executes integration for launch site activities in support of National Security Space Launch Missions
- Operations Support Flight: Trains and Equips Squadron to perform and execute Mission Assurance for all NSSL launches

Highlights & Achievements
- Launched and certified ULA’s Vulcan launch vehicle, removing the United States’ reliance on Russian-made rocket engines
History
- After a string of launch mishaps, the 5th SLS was founded in 1999 and has since provided 100% mission success for all National Security Space Launches.
