Brig. Gen. Anthony Cotton, commander, 45th Space Wing, thanks the Honorable James R. Clapper, Jr. Director of National Intelligence, during the 65th Anniversary of the Air Force Ball held Nov. 4 in Cape Canaveral. Director Clapper, who served as the events guest speaker, is also a retired Air Force Lieutenant General and a former commander of the Air Force Technical Applications Center.
