Children’s ‘Visit with Santa’ Dec. 10

PATRICK AIR FORCE BASE, Fla. -- The Space Coast Chiefs Group will host Santa at the Shark Center in South Patrick Housing on Saturday, Dec. 10, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The annual "Visit with Santa" event is for children age 10 and under of enlisted personnel from any service, and children of any deployed member, regardless of rank.
Each registered child receives a present and a memento photo with the jolly man himself. To register, send each child's name, age and gender and sponsor's unit name to the coordinator, Chief Master Sgt. Steven Revels, at steven.revels@patrick.af.mil or call 494- 6867.
The Chiefs Group will provide snacks and a variety of activities for the children while they wait for their turn to see Saint Nick.
The annual "Visit with Santa" has been held for at least 20 years and is strongly supported by the American Legion Post 359 in Titusville. The American Legion donates all of the gifts, which included two bicycles last year.
The Space Coast Chiefs Group is a private organization comprised of active duty, guard, reserve, and retired chief master sergeants and other service E-9s.
The Chiefs Group supports a variety of enlisted events and awards in the Patrick AFB and Cape Canaveral AFS area throughout the year.
